RunRate service terms

These terms apply to RunRate’s paid short-form research, scripting, storyboard, video-production, and monthly cadence services. RunRate is an independent media-production service operated from the United Kingdom. Questions: contact.runrate@gmail.com.

What you purchase

Prices shown at Checkout are the amount charged. Any tax treatment will follow RunRate’s applicable legal and tax obligations.

Brief review and acceptance

Payment reserves a request for review; it does not automatically accept the project. RunRate may decline a brief that is unlawful, misleading, unsupported, outside the listed scope, or unsuitable for the service. If RunRate declines before work begins, RunRate will issue a full refund through Stripe.

Delivery and revisions

Delivery targets begin after RunRate accepts the brief and receives the source links, factual context, assets, and approvals needed to work. Delays caused by missing material, late feedback, or requested scope changes are outside the target. Revisions are limited to the allowance shown for the selected tier and must remain within the original brief.

Customer material and factual sign-off

You are responsible for having the right to provide submitted text, links, logos, images, audio, and other material. You must review factual claims and approve the final material before public use. RunRate may label estimates, sources, and uncertainty where appropriate but does not provide legal, financial, investment, or regulatory advice.

Subscriptions and cancellation

Starter Monthly Cadence renews monthly at £249 until canceled. You can cancel through Stripe’s hosted customer portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period unless applicable law requires otherwise. Failed recurring payments may pause work and trigger Stripe’s recovery process.

Refunds after work begins

Before work begins, a RunRate rejection receives a full refund. After kickoff, cancellation and refund requests are assessed under the agreed scope, these terms, and applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits statutory consumer rights.

Intellectual property and publication

Unless separately agreed in writing, the customer receives the agreed final deliverables after payment and acceptance. RunRate may retain working files, research notes, and internal production records. RunRate will not publicly use customer-confidential material without permission.

Payment processor

Payments, receipts, refunds, and subscription management are handled through Stripe. RunRate does not receive or store full card details. Stripe’s own terms and privacy notice also apply to the payment experience.
