RunRate privacy notice

RunRate uses an internal desktop publishing tool to prepare and publish its own short-form media.

Data we process

OAuth access and refresh tokens, platform account identifiers, media metadata, asset hashes, staging/release timestamps, approval records, and public URLs may be processed to operate publishing workflows.

Why we process it

We use this data to authenticate the RunRate accounts, prevent duplicate uploads, stage content privately, publish approved Instagram containers, and reconcile results.

Pilot enquiries

If you use the pilot enquiry form, we process the name, work email, company details, brief, and optional links you submit so we can review the request and reply. Enquiry details are sent to contact.runrate@gmail.com and handled manually; they are not added to a public directory or automated CRM.

Retention and deletion

Publishing records and execution logs are retained for operational history and are pruned according to the local deployment policy. Tokens are stored in encrypted credential stores or protected local files and are not committed to the repository.
